About
I am broadly trained in ecology & evolution, genetics & genomics, and metagenomics & microbiology. I am passionate about communicating biology to specialist and generalist audiences, and enjoy working with clients to showcase their exciting and innovative research.
My expertise is in the study of Bacteria and their viruses, the bacteriophages. I have published over 40 research articles describing the ecology and evolution of Bacteria and bacteriophages in nature and the laboratory. I am continually fascinated by the diversity of microbes and am eager to continue investigating the ways in which their activities affect human health and agriculture.
